Based in and focused on the North West of England, with more than 20 years experience in the construction and property sector, we are able to consistently procure the right type of investment properties for our clients. We  do this by following the 4 stage process outlined below.


Only through asking and listening can we gain a deep understanding of the Client's precise requirements then we can look to locate the relevant propert(y)ies.

Understand Requirements

An initial survey is completed by the client this is then followed up with a fact-finding call to establish preferences and timescales. Regular client communication ensures that we are up to date with any changes in clients circumstances or goals.


We obtain suitable properties from our in-house sourcing team and our network of industry contacts, these are usually off-market properties.

Off Market Properties

If all there was to acquisition was visiting Right Move or Zoopla websites, then we would all be property investors. We seldom “source” from online platforms, preferring to use our network of contacts and our marketing activities to find and acquire suitable properties.


Our Back to Brick renovation includes a full rewire, re-plastering, new amenities and decoration throughout. Where appropriate, extensions are added to maximise value.

More than a lick of paint

The belief that a deep clean, tidying up and a some painting could add value to a property are long gone.  Properties now need to have a full back to brick reonovation programme of works to ensure the building looks and feels modern, is compliant and consequently will require less ongoing maintenance.


The chosen strategy is activated upon completion, whether it be to flip, hold and rent, mortgage, use as Serviced Accommodation or let as a Multi Let or HMO.

Recycling your Investment

There are multiple exit strategies for investors and some properties are not suitable for all of them. Once we know the client’s preferred exit then we can get to work and source accordingly. We lend our experience of the market and locale in order that the investor is well informed and secures the right property.
